How clear aligner treatment works
Clear aligner treatment follows a simple, step-by-step path.

- Custom clear trays. You receive a series of aligners made just for your teeth.
- Daily wear. Wear your aligners 20 to 22 hours a day, switching to the next set every 1 to 2 weeks as directed.
- Check-in visits. Periodic visits let us monitor your progress and keep treatment on track.
Treatment length varies by case. Because aligners are removable, you take them out to eat, brush, and floss. Wearing them as directed is a big part of how treatment goes.
